• Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Date changes are subject to availability and may require a new agreement.

• Final payment is typically due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space, audience readiness, and meeting any technical or logistical needs as agreed in advance. Any material delays or disruptions on-site may affect the show delivery.

5. Media Usage

We reserve the right to use photos, videos, or testimonials from events for promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver every show to the highest standard. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific event or service.
